Practically every industry in the world needs ID or OD washers.
These washers can be made in any type of material and thickness – even those that are customized to enable allowance of clearance for pins, notches, etc.
Many ID/OD washers can be die stamped – and a die stamper is a fairly inexpensive tool – however, after the parts are cut, the remaining circles are hard to extricate and can get in the way of stamping the next part.
The tolerance and machine-quality edge we provide is far superior to that of a Die Cutter, and we can also hold much-tighter tolerances, and make any quantity (small to large).
The other end of the spectrum is rod stock (shown on its side in the middle of both pictures). In some cases, machine shops with lathes can be more cost effective.
We fit the niche between die stamping and lathe work for ID/OD washers.
